Over all these years, Jean-Pierre’s delicious and colourful cuisine
– including his famous *Foie Gras Trilogy*, *Crispy Sweetbread*, and much-loved *Crème Brûlée*
– has delighted your taste buds and accompanied your gourmet moments.

Céline’s warm welcome, cheerful spirit, and sense of humour have added a touch of friendliness and brought smiles to your meals.

Your loyalty over time has been our greatest reward, and for that, we extend our heartfelt thanks.

After 21 years by your side, we wish you all the best for the future.
And perhaps we’ll have the pleasure of crossing paths again.
