Home made duck foie gras terrine, onion chutney and toasted bread

or Trilogy of duck foie gras – hot and cold – (supplement of 3 euros), onion chutney and toasted bread
(Poached slice of foie gras, pan-seared foie gras brochette and foie gras terrine)

or Smocked haddock, warmed potatoes, lemon cream with dill

 Fish or Meats cooked on the grill

Roasted John Dory fillet on skin

For your main course, choice one of our homemade sauce : 

Chive creamy sauce, Shrimp bisque, Goat cheese sauce, Mustard sauce, Wine sauce or Tartare sauce

The Chef’s speciality

Calf sweetbread in brick pastry, served with spinach and prawns in bisque flavoured with truffle oil

 

Cheeses and deserts

Selection of French cheeses or Farmhouse fromage blanc
(in summer, in the garden, the trolley is replaced by a cheese platter)

Meat and fish dishes are served with an assortment of hot vegetables (according to the season) We can match our dishes with your nutritional requirements and dietary intolerances.
